Lesson 10.
PCR Submission
All SAR EMS Responders are expected to submit a Patient Care Report (PCR) via ImageTrend. A PCR should be submitted any time you administered care to a subject during a SAR mission. Many times, multiple providers may treat or monitor a patient in the field. One individual should be appointed as lead medical to be responsible for the overall care and continued assessment of the patient. This individual will also be responsible for submiting the PCR.
A paper version of the PCR will be available soon. After completing this online module, you will receive emails from the NMSAR Medical Coordinators about resources and training opportunities as they become available.
More information about how to submit a PCR will be covered during the first online monthly training on March 25th, 2024 at 19:00. It will be available on our website after this date. To access this Zoom training, please see our homepage.
